Hi Vicki, Sorry you felt the need to leave a negative review. We take pride in our free valuation service and on occasions we will take longer to send the confirmation report as we want to give the best advice and not pluck figures out of the air. We pride on giving the best advice to the community. A home is normally someone’s largest assets. We do pre work, the meeting then follow up work then report with our market plan.
