Monday 8th June 2020 it took lots of phone calls with lots of messages being left just to arrange a second viewing. The viewing then took place on the Wednesday 10th June. While on the viewing we decided to make an offer in which we were told would be refused but never the less the agent would get back to us with feedback. Well on Friday, we called for a responses to our offer and can you believe we were told somebody would get back to us !! Nearly a week later and still no feedback or response to our offer. Very unprofessional as these agency is and are instructed to sell properties for their vendors. I understand that we are in the middle of a pandemic but come on whether you’re working from home or in an office a phone call takes seconds. We tried to view four acres property no call back and when we called to find out she said she has lots of interest we can see it and wasn’t sold yet. I believe this agency is fraud and deceptive. If you want your house sold go else where they may sell it for more money. This person I think is holding it to friends and family for cheap.
