I've phoned three or four times now, left a message on their answer phone and as of yet still waiting for a call back
Absolute disgrace, would not recommend, unavailable, shoddy, incredibly unbelievably slow. Making phone calls at 4.45pm when we have been in contact since 9am. Hopeless from the owner perspective and from trying to let. Thanks
I lodged a complaint to Fiona in the letting department about a power outage in the property, after promising to send someone over, sadly, no one turned up, and she never ring to let me know even till next day. Hence I had to sleep in darkness till I eventually got a technician myself. I have never experienced such a terrible and unprofessional attitude before now.
Poor tenancy, constantly bugging over little things.
At the beginning they will act very professional, however once they have the contract signed they are terrible. They have so many hidden chargers. Totally unexceptable. Use one of the other agents as these guys are all about making money.
Worst Experience Ever - No customer service whatsoever even though you are a customer of theirs
Unprofessional, Unorganised and at times unbelievable. If you would like a letting agent that speaks to people like filth, incapable of transmitting a simple message and totally unable to write down anything they are told, this is the shambles for you.
Not very good Had an appointment at 2:45 on a saturday. When i got to the property the tenant answered unaware of my visit to the property. She was lovely and showed me around the property. I was excited to say the least! It was lovely! As soon as i saw the property i was extremely keen. The tenant advised me that she would put a good word in for the landlord as we are becoming homeless and was in need of this house. The tenatnt took.My number and said she would message the landlord (michael) and advise we wanted it. Emailed letting company as soon as i got home (10 mins after) and advised of my appointment time,name,phone number all the relevant information they needed. Asked in the email for an urgent call back so that i could pay £240.00 fees to secure the house. I also did try to call the office but it was closed on saturday. called 11:30am monday to be told it was gone! Angry/ upset that these people didnt really book me an appointment because the tenant wasnt even aware of our visit! Didnt get a chance to have this house! They gave a 3 bedroom property to a single person who doesnt need all the room and didnt not check there email as i wanted it first ! Tried to call again tuesday to discuss this further and they where shut for "staff training" Ive dealt with several letting agencies over the last 2 months, these have annoyed me more than any Of them! Was even willing to pay £240.00 ridiculous fees which i wouldnt have paid anywhere else. What a joke
