Emma went above and beyond helping liase with both sides solicitors and as a buyer I felt very comfortable that she was helping both sides of the sale. Constant updates and chasing for us. Jab was very efficient and honest in our initial viewing and likeable. Gary was happy to show us round twice more even though we had already booked got the house and was quick and efficient with all queries we had All round positive experience. Wish I had sold with them too!

I have rented a house off crucible for over a year now, I have not had any problems with them. I have always dawn deal with me; she is so welcoming and polite, always helped me to the best she can when I've rang up about something. I might be leaving crucible soon and will be sad to not have dawn dealing with my problems

We have recently purchased a property through Crucible at Wickersley and found the staff there really helpful especially Danica who goes the extra mile. All the staff are really friendly and professional, nothing is too much trouble for them. I would definitley recommend them.

I’ve used Crucible (formerly Rotherlets) for many years and have no complaints. Especially in the latter years where circumstances were made difficult. The staff have always been supportive namely Helen, Dawn and Danielle and my eventual sale of the property was made easy by their help and diligence.
