Staff were helpful and friendly, answered any queries promptly.

Brilliant staff, there was a little confusion towards the end of purchase but it was soon sorted with a positive outcome. I would recommend them.

Crucible have been managing my property for many years and I am pleased that, after a period when they seemed to have taken their 'eye off the ball' due to understaffing, the Wickersley team seems to be back on track and actively managing things.

I have been ringing for the past 20 minutes and all in in getting in the automated service!!

My husband and I found a house through Crucible. Overall it was fine, but after we had paid and were supposed to move in they forgot to send someone to the house to give us the keys and we were stranded for over an hour outside in the rain with all of our belongings. When the guy arrived we found out that the contract was for 6 months and not a year. So not the best experience, but not as bad as others.
