Very Fortunate to Find Berkshire Estate Agents

We swapped to Berkshire Estate Agents (Slough) having had some trouble with another high street agent. We were recommended by one of our friend who bought a property through them. we wanted to buy and from the day we met Lee he has been a great personality. He really delivered what he promised, the purchase went very smoothly and the team at Berkshire was always helpful and engaging. Buying a property is not easy feast. The stress and the level of communication between all the parties involved will drain a hell lot of energy. But Lee and his team has helped and supported us the till the entire purchase. They were not pushy like a typical sales/estate agent and being patience on each stage. They listened to our concerned and the process didn’t stopped there. They even recommended a builder who planned and build our extensions and conservatory. Till we moved in to our new home our communication with Berkshire went on. We felt that we are very fortunate to find Mr Lee and Berkshire Estates and cannot express our happiness in finding the right property. Thank you so much for helping us buying the property in the way we wanted. Keep up the good work Mr Lee and Berkshire estate Agents.

Very Happy with the Service

Very Happy with the service received from the Slough Berkshire Agents. We were looking out to buy a property and its safe to have more options on the market. We were in discussion with other agents along with Berkshire. And After few conversations we have decided we will go with Berkshire Agents. They were very friendly and made us feel important. They suggested us on every stage and gave us an insight of the charges about the renovations we might needed. Suggested us a good builder who delivered on time and we really felt very happy during the entire period from the first meeting till we moved in. Always responded to our calls and concerns with happy to help attitude. For first time buyers Berkshire Estate Agents are the one I suggest.

Best Purchase

Bought a property with the Berkshire Estate Agency in Slough, Its a highly recommendable agency to deal with when buying a property. The management handled the purchase very well. The fees are very cheap and they don't have any hidden charges which pops up during the purchase. They suggested and were helpful at every stage of the deal. If you have any plans to buy or sell I recommend them. Thanks to the whole team at Berkshire Estates- Slough.

First Time Buyer

My interaction with Slough Berkshire agents came after a recommendation from my friend who had recent purchase with them. He suggested me to contact Berkshire as I am a first-time buyer. My overall experience with them was amazing. The staff and the owner were handy and very helpful and whole purchase was excellent, kept a good communication rapport all the time and suggested me on number of things which is helpful for a first-time buyer. Friendly Professional and Efficient

From our first conversation the team at Berkshire Estates was friendly, professional and efficient. They took the time to understand our needs and acted with patience, efficiently in scheduling a plan for us to look out for the best property and good guidance on giving the tour of what’s we are getting for our investment. property sale

Well I'm NOT one for leaving reviews - however had to in regards to Berkshire Estate Agents! Lee the owner and his staff have been absolutely FANTASTIC, especially during this difficult property sale which dragged on for several months. But we go there in the end with a satisfactory closed sale. I HIGHLY recommend Berkshire Estate Agents!

Reliable and Trustable - George

My Experience with the Berkshire Estate agency is ‘very positive’. As we are moving away from slough we wanted someone reliable to look after our property well and pay our rent on time. As a landlord we were misguided many time by other agents in our previous experiences. Trusting another estate agent was a big concern for us, but after a recommendation from my partners colleague we went with Berkshire Estate Agency. After one conversation with the Director and their team we really surprised how they made us feel assured that our property will be in safe hands. I got a chance to go and look at my property 2-3 times due to previous bad experiences and hesitation but to my belief the property is well looked after and the tenants they found us are amazing. Now I can feel relaxed that I made the right choice to do business with Berkshire Estate Agents. They are trustable and reliable. Very Special and Dream Come True

It’s an immense pleasure for me to write this review for Berkshire Estate Agents in Slough. We bought our first property through them and the whole purchase of the transaction went so smoothly that during the whole time of negotiations we didn’t feel like we have been misguided or unwelcome. The team had looked after our concerns and kept patience during the purchase. It was our first property and they made us feel very special. Very Professional and Trusted

After dealing with other agents and ending up nothing but disappointment, was bit hesitated to trust another agent to deal with my properties. After just one conversation with the team at Berkshire estate agency, I changed my mind and trusted them to look after my properties. And I am completely overwhelmed with the service they have provided over the years. It’s not just one individual, the whole team are amazing and very professional. It’s been nearly 5 years as a landlord I am with this company and the service never dropped below my expectation levels. Great service and highly recommended.

Very professional and well managed agency. I was very happy with how quickly and smoothly they secured the property for me. Very professional approach from start to end. Honest, pleasant and genuine people who were helpful throughout. Particularly Mr. Lee Clarke and Pina were brilliant and always responded to any concerns very fast. Greatly appreciated and would definitely recommend them..
