Horrible experience with kings when it comes to renting, first took security deposit from two different groups(which is very illegal), and then wanted both groups to bid on the house while holding on to both groups’ deposits. Then over charged us and it’s been a month and still waiting for them to communicate with the accounts team. Funny how they take seconds to confirm a payment and release the keys but is taking more than a month to “realise” that they have over charged us would not recommend, the team seems to have very poor communications skills. Don’t do business with them, you will have a much happier life trust me. :) Ohh and the best part is their FALSE advertising skills(which is also illegal), they advertise a house as fully furnished but til this day (6 weeks into the tenancy)the house is still not furnished, the curtains and beds and desks are missing for a month and no response from any side, and we are still required to pay the full rent on the house. Ridiculous! Avoid at all cost :) do better things with you life find someone else.

Hi, Thank you for your second review. As you were made aware, two groups viewed the property and made payments at the same time through two different forms of payment. You were not overcharged, you overpaid to which you were refunded. The property was being refurbished to which you were made aware and it was yourselves pressing to move in as soon as possible, I recall one member of your group coming into the office every few hours asking for keys. They never respond on time and none of the issues were sorted on time. The deductions made from the deposit is too high and the bills aren’t provided. The deposit won’t be returned back even after a month!

Okay estates, untill you find out that 1. they do not actually represent a lot of their property, only "commercial it" and 2. are happy to do so with properties that it has been shown, documented its unfit for health reason. Please acoir, they take advantage of students.

Terrible customer service days to reply to emails cryptic answers avoiding questions or outright ignoring them never use this terrible company

Awful customer service. Some of the staff are completely incompetent and it appears too much effort to assist clients.

You had requested a floorplan for the property your son is due to move into in the next week. I never had a direct experience with the Kings estate but when I was looking for renting property, I see their posts and ad for a property. I noticed many times they always quotes higher and then reduce the price of the property. This happened for my old property which don’t even fits more than 2 can stay but advertise that as large 2 bedroom property.

Awful communication, we had a massive water leak that was causing mould in two bedrooms which is a health concern, and we had to constantly call up Kings to get updates as they wouldn't respond to half of our emails and they were hardly ever proactive in letting us know exactly when contractors would come. We never felt like we were a priority to them when we had mould growing in our bedrooms...

Agent Jade is the best one on that team, she is professional and always meets tenants on time, considering the benefits of both landlords and tenants. But I can not say any good words to other staff, as they always eat their words, but we are so lucky we have all emails recorded as proof. If necessary, we are prepared to look for some legal aid to protest ourselves. And we will never find this company anymore.
