such a terrible letting agency. they are rude. dont get work done on time and the person who answers the phone should be fired. He is so unprofessional at answering calls. They do not care about the properties they sell, just here for the comission
Don't ever rent from this agent!My friends and I rented a house near the university from them and when we first moved in, the whole house was very messy not livable at all and it affected our move in without any compensation provided. My friend clearly paid the full rent in one month and had a bank transfer to show them, but the agent said there was 80 pounds missing. When we checked out, the agent found a lot of problems that were not caused by us at all and deducted the entire deposit. We plan to get a lawyer to deal with this matter.
Useless business. Almost all of the viewings in the latter half of the academic year were without 24 hours warning (they were turned away twice). They once tried to enter the property for a viewing, without knocking. Lots of false promises that they didn't ensure the landlord would honour. The landlord would use an intermediary to direct our issues to, so Kings basically did nothing for us the entire year. Multiple staff members were unable to advise myself and my housemates on how to claim our deposit back, when they should have told us to go through the deposit security company. Avoid.
Never choose this agency if you want to live in a safe and undisturbed house. They will start viewing after you move in two months, we were disturbed almost every day for eight months, sometimes even three times a day, the contract says "viewing"should be negotiated together, but in fact they only inform the tenant unilaterally, they don't respect the tenant's privacy, we sent a lot of emails trying to communicate this problem, but every time they only said they have the key to the house can enter on their own to threaten us. Because of their threat we had to install cameras in the room to keep our property safe. We can't rest peacefully every weekend because we are worried that they will open the door at any time to enter.
Worst agent ever. They are extremely rude to tenants. I don't know if they will be so rude to local people. On the last day, because the road was blocked, I could not move out before 10am, so I called the agent, and that man was extremely rude, he told me to get my things and get out. There were equipments in the house that were broken and always put off fixing it, the washing machine didn't work for weeks. The staff are always stalling but not solving the problem. They kept trying to put the blame on the tenant. Something happened that day, the road was blocked by the police. Also, they charged 80 pounds for the mouldy mattress which is not caused by human factors, and 50 pounds for a shower curtain rod that has been broken when we first moved in. I cannot control all the tenants in that property, but we kept three of the bedrooms and kitchen clean when we left. Maybe next time, if a facility breaks down, the agent should fix it immediately, not just tell the tenants stop using it, otherwise it is their responsibility.

Only exchanged few emails, unprofessional emails with one of their agents when enquiring about rental property. Made me feel very belittled, almost like single professional woman cannot afford to pay her rent. Very poor!!!! Will definitely avoid!
