I'm a Landlord that has used Martin & co's services for nearly 3 years while I have been working abroad. I have to say that they manage the property very well indeed, any issues that arise with the property have been communicated quickly and clearly. They always have tradesmen available to fix problems at a reasonable cost, they have taken great care of my property in my absence and taken a lot of the pressure off of renting out my property. I would highly recommend if you are looking for a rental management company.

I would very much recommend this estate agents. Myself and my partner were tenants with them for 2 years. Throughout that time they were very helpful, particularly Rebecca and Doreen. They were courteous and dealt with problems quickly and efficiently. When it came to move out they were very helpful and made sure our deposit was released quickly. As someone who has rented for well over 10 years and therefore come into contact with a lot of estate agents, I can safely say Martin and Co in Staines are the best that I have dealt with.

I transferred from another agency in Staines as I felt that I wasn't supported as a landlord, and that I was just a "cash cow"; the move to Martin & Co was the best decision I made relating to my property and I wish I had made it sooner.
