Totally unprofessional people, they work just on behalf of landlords and if you have a problem takes ages to be sorted out. I don’t recommend.

My rental at this address should not even have been fit for purpose. How the previous tenants ever get deposit back is beyond me. Gas hob unusable. Damaged electrodes, filthy rings. Had to replace with induction. Sink in kitchen damaged with stains in the bowl. Bathroom sink taps dripping. Filthy windows, smeared, all carpets needed vaxing as stunk of curry. Loose cupboard doors. I have rectified most of it myself but the state of the gas hob should not have been put on market. Luckily the landlord is a descent man and agreed to change. I feel animals must have lived here before. If you view a property with this company check everything and take photos. Rushed first viewing. Very unprofessional. Will never use again.

From start to finish, the entire process was marred by incompetence and a complete lack of professionalism. Firstly, communication with Martin and Co was abysmal. Furthermore, their lack of attention to detail was evident throughout the entire transaction. From incorrect paperwork to missed deadlines, it was clear that the Martin &Co was either careless or inexperienced. This lack of professionalism only added unnecessary stress and complications to an already complex process. To make matters worse, the Martin &Co seemed more interested in their own commission rather than prioritizing my needs as a client. Overall, my experience with the Martin &Co was nothing short of a nightmare. Their lack of professionalism, poor communication, and disregard for my needs as a client left me feeling frustrated and deceived. I strongly advise anyone considering working with this agency to look elsewhere for a more reliable and competent estate agent.

Absolutely SHOCKED with the way they treat us very unprofessional team

i had a very bad experience with the kingston branch specialy with Hannah Wheatley the senior sales negotiator how was very unprofessional and because of her i lost an affordable flat that i liked but she sold it after i got the acceptance for my offer !!!!!! and even with out giving me the chance to make a higher offer !! and since then me and my solicitor are trying to contact the manager or any supervisor but they avoiding us !!!!!! SOME ONE SHOULD CONTACT ME FROM MARTIN & CO

I have been living at one of their properties for a while, the service is awful, their employee's have no idea what they're doing and their manager is extremely disrespectful and only cares about the money. During my stay the landlords snuck into the property without informing us, which is also something that we were told wouldn't happen. All in all, I'd recommend avoiding Martin & Co all together, save yourself the time and trouble, use a real estate anency.

my daughter had a call today out of the blue from a member of staff regarding a property she was interested in before lockdown. she has a 5 month old baby who was crying in the background. he rudely told her he cant deal with this and hung up. I understand this is a difficult time for businesses but it is also a difficult time for a young mum trying to find a new home as they are over crowded, she does not and never will deserve to be treated so rudely. May I suggest when employing staff to work closely with people you make sure those staff have at least some basic manners and people skills.

No responses to emails. They managed to delay my references for a new property by a week and after one week they requested the admin fee to continue. Bad service.
