Having recently purchased a property in Amersham through The Frost Partnership, I am significantly indebted to Andrew Holdsworth, their agent acting on behalf of our vendor. It seems axiomatic to state that he was professional for, in my opinion, he went beyond the usual requirement for one in his role. At all times Andrew was diligent, knowledgeable, flexible, compassionate and innovative in what proved to be a purchase that could very easily have succumbed to the vagaries unique to our particular circumstances. Whilst we were not his clients directly he provided significant guidance and dealt with unforeseen complexities with grace and good humour. Professional, courteous, and highly efficient throughout the process, making the whole process so much less stressful than it could have been. They provided excellent market advice and made the sale process very painless. This was a difficult situation as we could only be in the UK when the property was first put on the market and then again when contracts were exchanged. We received good, clear communications throughout the process that kept us up to date on how the sale was progressing and weekly property inspections were made that gave us piece of mind that the property was okay. Not only was he very professional on the phone he was also a people person..he listened to what I was looking for and why. If it wasn't for Chris I would never had found somewhere to live and because of the down to earth approach to his client's he put my mind at ease and I found myself in a stress free move.
