Horrible!!!! The maintanance side is just horrible. Avoid at all cost, they lie to you and keep postponding issues even when it comes to something serious as mould. Vishal, Minal and Cris are the worst employees I ever encountered. They have no idea what's going on in that company and they always just straight up lie to you!

Very poor customer service. Keep changing customer assistants due to knowledge of business. Wrong informations on website just to attract customers. As soon as you asked the target properties, they just taking us round and round to show another properties. But never talk about the one on websites. Cheap prices on website and when you call it’s expensive as they saying website error. Even after informing, no changes on website and keep violating consumer rights. Which I found very disrespectful and unlawful. I would never ever trust these sort of company with my bank details or for anything. And also I being posting this post for many times. Every time they removing this post due to no answer regarding their unlawful behaviours and providing wrong and false informations for customers.. this is so unlawful. This place is for good and bad reviews. Literary for both. But if you trying show the world only about your good reviews and trying to get rid of bad ones is unlawful. That shows the reality of your company.. disappointed

COMPLETELY UNPROFFESIONAL. We agreed to pay the holding deposit to secure the lease for one of their property and just because we dont wanna use their website to pay the holding deposit coz we wanna send it DIRECTLY to their bank they ditch us and cancelled our agreement. Oh yeah agent name is GEMMA btw. Prolly you guys find it easy to deal with her coz she actually ditching people like us who already made a deal with her. Cant even wait for an Hour to get the money?

ONE OF THE WORST PROPERTY AGENT TO RENT A HOUSE, I WANTED TO RENT A HOUSE AND THEY MADE ME AND MY FAMILY FEEL SO EXCITED ABOUT MOVING TO A PROPERTY AND EVEN LOOKED INTO OUR PAPERS. ALL OF THE SUDDEN THE OYSTER AGENT WORKER (INDIAN GUY) STOP ANSWERING OUR CALLS AND TOLD US THAT THEY HAVE FOUND SOMEONE ELSE TO RENT THAT PROPERTY. ABSOLUTLEY HURT.

Just to let you know before we accept a tenant, we do all the necessary check so as to qualify a tenant and there are times we have rejected tenants due to them being not suitable or they have failed reference check. If you had been genuinely dealing with a particular agent then you would have known his name rather then to say (Indian Guy) as all our employees identify themselves and also send out emails with their names. Disappointed Letting Agency! I had an appointment with and they let me wait outside the property. Later I have been call and told that they can’t come at the appointment, because I am on benefits. They should mention that from the first time. They waste my money and time. Shame! Again, not an honest agency.

I have been reading the reviews and on basis of that i contacted Oyster Properties as I am looking at renting. I called in the morning and was put on Hold for 6min 25secs, reply was they are waiting for someone. Got put on hold for another 2 mins. I requested a call back as i was at work. 3 hours gone no call. I called back again to be put on hold for another 3 mins 57 secs and then told i am sorry the property has been withdrawn. Shouldnt that information been given to start with as i am sure they have regular updates. No customer service at all.
