They offer a good service so that when they want to receive money from you, when they want to pay you after the delivery of the house, they reduce your money for various reasons.I'm sure that many 5-star comments are requested from the customers themselves, especially Ms. Jemma

Dear Faria Sharmin, We are really dishearten that you have given us negative review. Kindly please post all the communications you have had with the team in regards to your move out. When you moved in a proper inventory was done which showed property was professionally cleaned and unfortunately you have vacated a year later and not cleaned, which would not be fair on the landlord or new incoming tenant therefore the costs of the same will be deducted from your deposit as discussed with our team. Unfortunately, my experience has not been good. I left the flat and the next day of my leaving, new tenants arrived so I should get part of my rent refunded, right? Because I paid the rent for the entire month (April) and left the flat on the 14th April (after giving prior 2months notice). I spoke with new tenants, and they paid the rent from 15th April onwards, so these people got double rent for 15days for April. They deducted money from my deposit for the house whitewash but each wall of the flat was clean as we painted 2 months ago. In any case, if the new tenants arrived the next day only so when they did the whitewash or any cleaning for them? so this money of mine also they ate. I also found the behaviors of Minal, Kumar and Hemangi quite rude and ignorant. Please think twice before dealing with these people. Thank you.

Dear Riya Jain, ​We’re very surprised and upset to see the negative review from Mrs Ritu Jain. As per your review we see there are 2 concerns you have, rent and deposit deduction for paint. Your tenancy agreement clearly confirms the rent cycle date was the 17th of every month and you paid your rent accordingly. Your last rent payment was made on the 17/03/2021 for rent covering the period 17/03/2021-16/04/2021. Your official vacating date was the 16/04/2021. Therefore, there we apologize but we confirm no rent refund payable. For the paint work- we had done a proper time stamped check in inventory which showed the property was freshly painted when you moved in- upon move out as per our usual procedure we done a checkout and there was drawing marks on most of the walls- therefore we had to charge a proportionate cost towards the deposit- evidence of which was shared with you by email Looking on the tenancy agreement, you were not a named person on the agreement. This review should therefore not have been put in as our system shows no records of you being a tenant with oyster. If you have further questions, you may contact us directly at 0208 9515558. Awful. Called twice to make enquiries. Given wrong information the first time. Was told they would call back the second time. Guess what - no reply. Must be too busy over two weeks ago.

Unprofessional company for any viewing very bad Service for this agency. No respect for customer and even the service isn’t good they don’t get back to you if any appointment is cancelled

We had to cancel the appointments since somebody who viewed the property on a previous day paid the deposit and upon accepting a deposit from another tenant we had no choice but to cancel the appointments. You visited the office in a very aggressive manner and we did explain to you that it was a human error and you were missed out on calling since there were number of other applicants viewing the property on the same day and unfortunately due to typing error you were booked for 4am in the morning instead of 4pm, so when the list was populated for 4pm appointments, your name did not appear and hence was missed out on calling you and cancelling the appointment.
