Your ridiculous response below is a fictional story. The emails on record and phone call record does not reflect your below lies. You might as well not have responded as immaturely as you did. Demonstrated how rubbish your service and company is. You told me during a recorded conversation the open house was from 11am to 3pm. I suggest you stop with your stupidity. Disappointed in the service. Would be giving zero stars but it is not an option. Gemma was argumentative and unprofessional.Lack of communication between staff members on property viewings. I specifically asked to be removed from the listing and Gemma has completely disregarded the request and done as she pleases. No regard to customer service at all. Would not recommend. Go with any other agency.

You were booked to view a property through us at 12:05 and you informed us very last minute that you were running 25min-30min late so our colleague informed you that we can wait for you since we had open house of appointments. She waited till 12:40pm, she couldn’t wait any longer since she had to attend other appointments. Our office then re-booked the appointment for another day at your request. Unfortunately, by then the property was already rented so we informed this and accordingly cancelled the appointment, at that point you were upset and sent a rude email to a staff member and asked for complaint procedure which was also given to you. We feel it is unfair to get a negative review when we were trying our best to accommodate you. We do encourage you to contact us 02089515558 to discuss your experience in more detail. Our nightmare agency in this area.. Don't bother in getting a contract with them.. They are such a bad liars.. We had a contract with them and after finishing the contract they just try and find issues and telling lies just not to give back the deposit..the people who live before us told us they did the same not getting back the deposit but now I know they did the same to everyone...you don't deserve even a star.. If you want a bad experience use oyster property..walk away from this agency.. We did have a cleaning company for the house to be cleaned and they charge us saying that was dirty.. Let's be serious.. House was nice and cleaned.. Just run and don't walk in to this agency.. I don't recommend it to anyone.. My husband went in to the agency to fix the problem and they told him to go out and were very rude.. Not nice at all. They need some training and some good customer service. Very unhappy with this agency 👎👎👎

We are so sorry that your experience with us fell short of expectations. We have investigated the matter and below is what has transpired: Having checked the inventory that was done on the day you moved in, the property was professionally cleaned, which we do for all our tenants, Upon the checkout day the property was generally cleaned by yourself. We requested for an invoice and you did not want to provide any invoices for cleaning. it is not fair for the new tenant to move into a dirty property therefore we had to get it cleaned and charge the costs to you as property was not handed back in the condition in which you received it. Secondly the garden was overgrown when we did the checkout and this had to be rectified for the new tenant to move in. The garden was in good condition when you were given the property. The contract that you had signed also clearly stated that the garden is meant to be maintained by the tenant which we regret that you did not manage to comply. We had no choice but to get it done and charge you for the same. We only charged you for what our gardener and cleaner charged, and did not add any additional charges for our admin time or our time for organizing the works- which should have all been done before you handed the key back to us. The worst letting agent, they will keep you waiting for days and weeks. Upon ensuring as a stranger for the same property I get to know that the property was gone a week ago. With an attitude the lady will put up a wrong allegation towards you. Please do not rent with them They are not trustworthy.

Very poor maintenance service. Service desk very unprofessional. Reported broken fridge 2 weeks ago and still without fridge.

Unprofessional service post covid. Lack of response to emails and phone calls when urgent matters crop up with tenants. Managers are never available despite several written requests directly to them for contact.

Completely and utterly disappointed by this agency !! Do not use them. Specially accounts department they never return your deposit. A lady Hemangi and another one Vanessa , no customer service , no support and they will leave you with no money. Unprofessional people
