I have had a really negative experience with this agent, the customer service is poor. I saw a property on the weekend and was recommended to see another one by the lettings colleague. After the viewing I called the office to express my interest in viewing the property he told me about. The lady on the phone was rushing me to make an offer when I was simply trying to arrange a viewing for another flat. The lady on the phone would not listen to my enquiry and I was rushed off the phone. They do not know how to speak to applicants and do not know how to deal with enquiries correctly. I was made to feel like a nuisance rather than have my needs met. The booking process for viewings is long winded as you have to have a zoom call rather than have videos sent to you directly. The zoom call is literally a video with the colleague speaking over it. Will not be continuing my search with this agent as they made the overall experience really stressful and complicated.NegativeProfessionalism

The maintenance department it's a absolute joke, always trying to delay and not help.

Not even worth a 1 star - the lack of communication and care for their clients is embarrassing. Enquiring and viewing is a very long winded process, and sounds like the agent doesn’t want to provide service. I was waiting on a zoom call for 25 mins before someone responded, clearly lied about attending the call and then cancelled. I’ve had no response since to rearrange - definitely waste of time. Go elsewhere and save you money.

Seriously? 4.7* ??? That is a joke surely: ever since I moved house and used you guys I've been let down time after time:today being the worst ever! Dismissive lady- today aggressive and rude hung up - as previous times I'll be calling without getting an answer until 5 pm when they'll pick up to tell me it's closing time- letting me without electricity the whole weekend!!!! I can't believe the incompetence and ignorance!

Really bad service asked for a viewing got told its fully booked before the property even went live. Then I asked for the week after to which i was told if there are viewings next week i will be contacted and wasnt contacted so i call back mid week to book one in as i didnt hear back and they tell me its all fully booked. Too much politics at this place! AVOID AT ALL COSTS they dont care about the customers.

I viewed a property on Tuesday 9th June 2020. I expressed interest and heard nothing for 3 days. I asked for a copy of the reference requirements and received nothing. I was informed that the property was unavailable on Saturday 13th June 2020. I wanted to make sure of this so visited area on Sunday 14th June 2020. I asked the neighbour of the property being let if they could help. They informed that the landlord had got in touch to see if they knew of any tenants from their friends and families. I was given the landlords number. When calling I was informed that the property had not been let!NegativeQuality, Professionalism
