Oyster property is not reliable. I don’t recommend them. The people in the office of Stanmore brunch are disrespectful and rude. They are liar. A lady in their office called Minal told us we don’t care about you, do what ever you want. Thay hold your deposit for weeks after tenancy finishes. Oyster property in honeypot lane Stanmore has the most rude staff ever and disrespectful people. They don't have mercy to a 10 years old child.Oyster property make tenant to live with mice and Rat for more than one year. I was their tenant for 4 years always paying my rent on time but they didn't care of tenant right, I don't recommend oyster properly the Stanmore brunch, they are not reliable. They provide good service, during the time you are with them. But when you vaccate, Only option you will be left with, is to raise a dispute to claim your advance. Very disappointed with them.

Awful experience. We dealt with one of their agent named Irina and during the negotiation she disappeared. I had to call multiple times their office and never a call back. They didn't contact us to let us know what was happening with the property, so I wrote to the Head Office and to her again. No body replied to me. Very unprofessionals and definitely not a CLEAN business!
