Fantastic letting experience with highly efficient agents

This was my second ever time renting and Martin & Co made me realise how poor my previous agent had been. From the moving in experience all the way through to my checkout they were informative, helpful and clear even when maintenance issues arose they were all dealt with promptly. I was contacted within 24 hours of leaving the property with a deposit proposal and had 95% of it back in my account before the week ended leaving me with only a high recommendation for anyone else wanting to rent in the future.

As new landlords we have found them very helpful in finding tenants and providing helpful advise. I will continue to use them to advertise my property. We live locally so prefer to self manage. Excellent service.
