I wanted to rent my flat out but had little to no time to do anything about it. Belvoir and the team were so helpful. Sian told me everything I needed to do (which was almost nothing as Belvoir took care of everything) and informed me the entire process. Couldn't have been easier. Recently started a new 6 month lease on a property managed by Belvoir and have been very impressed by the whole process. Have previously dealt with Dixons and also a local independent and Belvoir exceeded those in terms of professionalism, smoothness of the whole new tenancy process and also agents fees. I have been in my lovely flat for just over a year now . Sian and Jo at Belvoir found me exactly what I was looking for - it didn't take them long . Each step of the process they were there, making sure that progress was made - nothing was too much trouble for them . Phone calls returned - questions answered and I never had to ask anything twice .
