Nothing was too much

I rented off belvoir for many years and can honestly say it has been 5* service from start to finish. Nothing was ever too much trouble. Sian and jo were always on the other end of the phone when I needed them. Wouldn't use anyone else.

Hassle free process and very friendly staff. Rented property in Huxley Court. Had small issues with boiler and main door but it was fixed with help of professionals in a day. Everything was taken care by Belvoir. I highly recommend.

Lovely company - all staff personable, friendly, helpful and efficient. A very homely welcome in the office and all procedures carried out so efficiently as to make the whole process of renting a very comfortable and easy one. Always ready to support in case of need and after care of a 'listening ear' and a 'shoulder' happily offered. Can't recommend highly enough.

Excellent service with the move and any work that needed doing to the property. Can not fault the service of the whole Belvoir team. Everything was done to ensure that this experience of moving, which can be stressful, was as straight forward as possible. Excellent after care as well from all the professional colleagues used to complete work on the property.

I cannot praise highly enough

I cannot praise highly enough the fabulous service I had from Belvoir Lettings in Stratford upon avon. The viewing was relaxed, friendly and informative. The property was beautiful and the application process easy and extremely fairly priced. When a situation sadly made it impossible for me to go through with my rental, the staff (Jo and Sian), were unbelievably understanding and supportive and I received a full refund on my deposit. 5 stars are not enough! I wholeheartedly recommend Belvoir lettings department and will definitely be renting through them when circumstances allow.
