Martyn and his team have
Martyn and his team have managed my property since 2010. Last year the property was badly damaged as a result of an arson fire. As a result, the house had to be gutted and rebuilt, and all of the internals replaced. Belvoir handled everything for me, and Jo in particular spent many, many hours negotiating and working with local officials, contractors and insurance company personnel to take care of the myriad issues that had to be resolved. I could not have wished for a better advocate, and I am pleased to say that the property is now as good as new and has been relet. I would recommend Martyn and his staff without reservation to any prospective landlord

From the moment I requested a viewing with Belvoir the team endeavored to make the process of me becoming a Tenant as simple and as speedy as possible.All the timescales were accurate and all communications were clear and concise.I moved in on time and without issue The team have been supportive with any queries and have an excellent support network of tradesmen to assist with and repair or maintenance requirements It refreshing to find a service that 'does what it says on the tin' and I would recommend Belvoir without hesitation

I have used Belvoir Stratford
I have used Belvoir Stratford for more years than I can remember, something like 12 years, whilst I have been a remote landlord working as an expat in China, and they have done an excellent job in looking after my property in all ways, obviously most importantly in occupying it with tenants and maintenance. I have had full faith in their abilities. I recently sold the property and they even assisted in this regard, in a way that was beyond expectation. I highly recommend their services.

The whole team (Martyn, Jo
The whole team (Martyn, Jo and Sian) were always very helpful and at most times supportive when we found our landlord had decided to sell and thus given us notice. Despite a relatively quiet market, they kept us informed as new properties became available. We were fortunate to find a great place to move into and they made the process as smooth as possible, ensuring that no time was lost in the process. Throughout our 4 year tenancy Belvoir have been professional and courteous, dealing with any issues promptly and fairly. We have no hesitation in recommending Belvoir to anyone seeking a tenancy in the Stratford area.

My property has been rented
My property has been rented out solely by Belvoir Lettings in Stratford upon Avon for almost 10 years. It has been a pleasure to do business with Martyn & his team who are always helpful, efficient, knowledgeable & supportive. I would not hesitate to recommend this agent.

Martyn and Jo have been
Martyn and Jo have been excellent, I have used Belvoir lettings for 7 years with a constant rental on the property. This has been very important as I live abroad. I have to reiterate what a fellow Landlord said "Martin went out of his way to assist me as a new landlord". The whole team at Belvoir are excellent . Jo has been wonderful in alI have never had to worry about my Insurences being renewed and any claims processed. The property is looked after and all the statutory inspections are carried out and on time. I have had an excellent experience with Martin, Jo and the office staff and would highly recommend them to anyone.

I started renting my property
I started renting my property 7 years ago and spent time with all the local agents assessing their capabilities and eventually selected Belvoir. I felt that Martin was an honest and decent guy and thats probably why I used Belvoir to start with. Since then I have enjoyed a faultless service. Jo keeps absolutely everything moving along, Getting me tenants, references, inspections, paying me, paying suppliers, looking after legalities etc etc. Its effortless for me, yet I know my property is in safe hands. I think i've had just 4 weeks without tenants in 7 years, money comes in like clockwork, faultless.

We found Belvoir and all
We found Belvoir and all it's staff very helpfull and friendly, they found my family a property very quickly and we moved in very quickly, we have aslo been assured that we can have a long let and can paint/decorate the property to a modern standard. I would most definatley use Belvoir again.

Very efficient, paid on time
Very efficient, paid on time each month. Any issues that the tentantwith my property has are resolved very quickly by Belvoir, using skilled workmen that they contract out to. Very pleased. Also have one other property being managed by Belvoir.
