I have been renting my property through Belvoir for almost 4 years. I was recommended them by a freind as I had a bad experience with a previous letting agency and was very wary about renting my property again. When I visited the office I was greeted with a warm freindly welcome by Martyn and the staff and knew I had come to the right place. I have only ever experienced an extremely professional team who goes out of their way to ensure your property is well maintained and any issues regarding maintenance is quickly solved. I have always used their miantenance people and work has been carried out to a high standard. I am away quite a bit throughout the summer, but I know I can leave my property in good hands and the tenants are satisfied that the work is done promptly. Having Belvoir as my letting agent gives me peace of mind at all times and I would recommend them to anyone.

I have been delighted since
I have been delighted since renting my home through Belvoir Lettings…They have always acted rapidly if I have needed help in regards to maintenance or questions with regard to my present home and whenever I enter the office the team treats me like a friend and are there to help … I am constantly delighted with Belvoir since I seem to have friends who have rented through other agents who constantly have to keep reminding their agents to get repairs done! Thank you Bevoir!

Martyn and Jo have been
Martyn and Jo have been excellent support for me over the past 6 years of renting our property out. This has been very important as I live abroad. In fact when I first purchased the property (I inherited an excellent tenant) Martin went out of his way to assist me as a new landlord. This was not just being an efficient Letting Agent, this was actually going out of his way to assist. He is excellent and deserves all his success. Jo has been wonderful in all aspects of making sure the property is looked after and all the statutory inspections are carried out every time - and on time. I have had an excellent experience with Martin and his team and would recommend them to anyone.

I have dealt with Martyn at
I have dealt with Martyn at Belvoir since 2003, firstly as a potential tenant when I was moving to Stratford, then as a landlord (lady) when I purchased a rental property. Martyn went out of his way firstly to show me potential properties to rent for myself, so I had no hesitation when settled and buying a second property in using Martyn and his team to manage it. I am extremely happy with their service. They maintain a friendly yet very professional service. The money is paid on time, and any property issues are dealt with swiftly and always at a reasonable cost. I have had no hesitation in recommending Belvoir to family/friends looking for trustworthy reliable agents.

We were concerned about
We were concerned about leaving the UK for an overseas posting, particularly as we had only been in our new house for less tha 2 years. From the first contact Belvoir made the process much easier by taking full responsibility to manage and let out our property - one less concern. Now after almost 8 years away from the UK not only have Belvoir maintained our property but have done an excellent job in finding reliable tennents. Keep up the great job!

I have been dealing with
I have been dealing with Belvoir Stratford Upon Avon for over 8 years now, they have let two properties for me all the way through during that process without any major problems. Any client issues have been addressed by Jo and Martyn and the income provided has been of great help. I am please to recommed this branch of Belvoir based upon my experiences to date

I have used Belvoir lettings
I have used Belvoir lettings for a number of years now to manage my property whilst it is being let out and I have never had any problem that they couldn't solve. I spend a lot of my time working abroad so cannot easily sort out issues but this is never an issue for the staff at Belvoir. If anything, they go above and beyond what could be expected often manking themselves available out of hours to support the tenant and me. In addition, they also sort out issues with the Maintenance Company - a function they could easily just pass my way. I would never consider letting out a propoerty without a letting agent such as Belvoir.

Always found them to be
Always found them to be always courteous, responsive, enthusiastic, eager to sort out any problems which have cropped up from time to time, eg, assistance in curing the freezing of external water supply pipes couple of winters ago!. ----They're "on the spot", far better able to liaise with tenant's queries, wouldn't consider letting without an agent such Belvoir.

Sian & Jo have been more
Sian & Jo have been more then helpful in helping us find tenants for our property we have had alot of time wasters and they have helped us remain very positive. They always give me feedback and constantly keep in touch despite how busy their office is, they are always there to give us advice and always return emails and phone calls. They are a very friendly and helpful team.

We have been letting our property through Belvoir since 2006. They have provided a fantastic service to us and continue to do so. Their communication with us is great and we have every faith in them managing our property.
