I have been using the Stratford upon Avon Belvoir office for many years and have always been more than pleased by their exceptional service. As a Landlord I am impressed with their professional approach and attention to detail. All tenants have been wholly reliable and left my properties in very good condition on vacating. I put this down to the thorough referencing service and the level of property management they undertake during the duration of each lease agreement. On their full managed package every aspect of property management is covered and undertaken. Martyn and his team certainly have a committment to offering the very best service and value for money, no more than I've come to expect as an agent specialising and experienced in the letting market.

I am a landlord and started
I am a landlord and started using Belvoir lettings in Stratford upon Avon after getting poor service from my previous agent. They are always efficient and on all occasions have found me extreemly good tenants.

I have been working with
I have been working with Belvoir since 2007 when I entered the Buy To Let market as a Landlord. The help and guidance I received then and since has always been honest, comprehensive and extremely helpful. Martyn has built a great team around him who are always keen to help, and talking with my tenants they always have a positive impression too. I am always happy to recommend Belvoir in Stratford, be it to Landlords and Tenants.

I've dealt with Martin and
I've dealt with Martin and Jo for many years and they really offer a first class service, have always vetted the tenants well and dealt with any issues very rapidly and efficiently. I've had hardly any void periods and they have always had new tenants ready to move in as soon as any of my properties became vacant. I like to think I'm a good landlord and deal with any reasonable issues raised by tenants promptly and in the same way I would wish to be treated were I to be the tenant. I would have no hesitation in recommending Belvoir in Stratford upon Avon.

I am very pleased with how
I am very pleased with how Belvoir Stratford upon Avon have handled my property. Since being with them I have had 2 tenants both have been very good and well chosen. When the 1st tenant left my property was re-let the next day with no need for any cleaning or decorating as the 1st tenant left it in a very good state. If anything small breaks down Belvoir deal with it and if it is something large that needs attention they get in touch with me. They are very helpful and advise me on the best most efficient way of dealing with replacement equipment, if I seek their help. I did consider using other agents but was recommended to them as they have a nationwide letting base which gives my property the best scope to be let to its full capacity. I would definately recommend them to other landlords.

I first met Jo when I moved
I first met Jo when I moved to Stratford upon Avon following a traumatic divorce. I approached several agents in the area but Jo made me feel the most comfortable when I was at my most vulnerable. She talked me throught he procedure for becoming a tenant and talked through everything in plain English. She understood my needs and accompanied me on several viewings until I found the right property for me. I am now happily living in Stratford now owning my own property.

I was a tenant of Belvoir for
I was a tenant of Belvoir for 2 years until the property I rented was transferred to a different letting agency. My experience with Belvoir was exceptional and I felt that my opinions were always well regarded. The staff are both approachable and professional, and my time letting from this agency was a pleasure. I felt it important to share this review as the agency who succeeded my tenancy was a poor comparison to that of Belvoir. I have had numerous problems that have still not been addressed regarding the property. If i was ever in the position to move house I would undoubtedly choose Belviour as my choice of agent.

I have been using Belvoir as
I have been using Belvoir as a letting agent since the branch was formed and have been very, very pleased with the tenants they have found for me. I have specific requirements for people I let to and these are always listened to and respected - I prefer tenants who have been in or around the area for some time. I use Belvoir on a 'let only' basis and manage the property myself. Even though they don't need to they will always help/advise if I run into any problems and they keep me up to date on any changes in the law that I need to know. I can't speak more highly about the service I have received from them. Past letting agents I have used have been dreadful and very unhelpful. I am pleased to have stumbled on this site where I have the opportunity to say how happy I am with their service.
