Very missleading, wasted mine and my girlfriends day. We were offered a forced, deprived of meaning apology and never heard back from them again.

Lie after Lie from belvoir

DO NOT RENT with them. They just started properties for sale too! If they are this bad with rented then they will be the save with buying and selling! OMG no do not use their services. I have worked in this industry in London and they will be so bad at it because they lie so much. Everything they said and did and have responded to on google reviews is utter rubbish. PLEASE do not use them my family and I can't emphasise how bad they are. We are a hard working very respectable family. I have an OCD for cleaning so the property is now spotless it was a filthy hovel when we moved in and they lied constantly. The property is on the finish line of Stratford Upon Avon racecourse and they say it was quiet well NOT true the races are ok no problem it's the campers they rave on until 4am they wee up the back of your garden and shout and swear and well not sure what else but I am sure that the babies next door don't want to hear that PG!

Pig sty. Wasted my time showing me around a house in extremely poor condition. Called to check I was coming because they didn't want to waste their time but they are happy to waste my time. The condition of this property was vile. Filthy dirty carpets, cupboards and wardrobes. Truly disgusting.

Indifferent to the condition

Indifferent to the condition of the property. Expensive. Unreasonable charges over dilpidations. Persistent intrusive inspections. Don't pay their contractors, and hence slow & shoddy work. Dishonest over inclusion of appliances. Best avoided.

As usual, when this property

As usual, when this property becomes vacant, I asked Martyn's team to find me a new tenant. Before we had finished renovations, several viewings were booked by Sian, but the first one took up the rental and was installed within a week. I have always been pleased with the speed that Belvoir Stratford manage to find us a new tenant, such that I wouldn't think about going elsewhere. Always very friendly and everything spot on.

Belvoir in Stratford upon Avon and particually the staff are by far the best and most helpful lettings agents I have dealt with. They are always willing to assist and have become friends. I cannot recommended them more highly. They should have 10 stars!!

I have been looked after by the best team of agents in the business for the past 13 years. In the past I have used other agents, until Martyn and Jo took over, they are by far the most professional. My properties have been kept in good order with excellent tenants, prompt payments in rents plus reasonable quotes for repairs. Both the properties that the team have managed have had long standing tenants which speaks for itself, both landlord and tenant are very happy with Belvoir in Stratford upon Avon.
