Within 5 days of viewing a property, it was ours. We have had a couple of issues along the way which were no fault of our own, but the team (especially Jo) have been there to help and act straight away, always providing a quick, high quality fix. Can't fault them.

I have used Stratford upon Avon branch from when it started and it must be good as Martin is still there bless him ably helped by Jo and co. so well done all and being it is the season of good cheer have a great one and see you in the New Year in your smart refurbished premises cant wait .

We switched to Belvoir 5

We switched to Belvoir 5 years ago due the poor services received from the previous agency. Since then we have had two excellent long staying tenants. Belvoir have proved very reliable and understanding of the landlord needs. We have consulted them also on matters unrelated to the property they let for us and their response has always been prompt and very useful. As a result we will shortly make a new property available for them to let. Highly recommendable.
