To whom it may concern I
To whom it may concern I have been in the residential property rental for over 25 years. During that time my residential business has grown and I've added industrial rentals to my overall portfolio. Having been frustrated by numerous residential letting agents over that time it was refreshing to discover the professionalism of Belvoir Stratford-upon-Avon approximately 8 years ago. This discovery coincided with my relocation overseas and Belvoir provided the support that allowed a smooth migration. Unlike their predecessors Belvoir Stratford-upon-Avon recognizes they are agents acting for the landlord whilst having the sense to realize that tenants are always required but not always right. I've already recommended Belvoir Stratford-upon-Avon to other landlords; however, I believe we are far too slow to extol good service and so it is that I believe Belvoir need greater recognition for the quality of their work and so I'm recommending Martyn Sergent and his crew to the world at large. We have used Belvoir in Stratford for the last 4 years and find them exceedingly efficient and attentive. They responded rapidly to any concerns raised by our tenants and have all the neccesary tradesmen contacts to remedy any faults as they arise. We have great faith in them

We have used Martyn and his
We have used Martyn and his team to manage our property since early 2009. As overseas landlords, we need a manager able to provide a hassle-free service that requires minimum involvement from us. Martyn has always come through with flying colours in this regard. We have not had a moment's anxiety about whether the rent will be paid, whether the house is being properly cared for, whether the tenants are getting prompt help if and when they need it, or any of the other issues that can cause headaches for a long-distance owner. In the four years we have worked with Belvoir, there have been several changes of tenant. Each time, Martyn has found us an excellent replacement within only a few weeks. Besides being a thorough professional who knows the business inside out, Martyn welcomes us like old friends whenever we make one of our occasional trips to Stratford. Last year, he and Jo went out of their way to set things up for us when we used the house ourselves for a month or two, and to pack away and clean up after us. I would recommend this agency to anyone looking for the absolute best in property management.

We have engaged Martyn of
We have engaged Martyn of Belvoir Lettings for 10 years now, and during that time he has provided us with a full service as we live outside of the country. He has found us good tenants and we have had very short periods of the property being empty. The contract which is used is fair to both parties, and we have only ever had one disgruntled tenant, which was due to the tenant not reading the contract, and when things go wrong you rely on the contract. We have also dealt with Jo who has always been very helpful and the office as a whole seems to work as a team. They have a data base of good maintenance teams whom they can call on to do jobs quickly, at a reasonable price. We find that their paperwork is excellent and rental payment always come through on time. We thoroughly recommend them and would certainly put any future properties we may have with this agent.

From our first contact with this agent we have experienced a high standard of professional conduct re viewing of property, taking up of references, and ongoing maintenance matters. We have always found the staff to be very well organised, reliable, helpful and courteous. We have no hesitation in recommending this office to propsective tenants.

We have been using Belvoir's
We have been using Belvoir's full management service to let our furnished property since early 2008. From the very beginning they made sure they were clear about what we needed from them, so we don't get bothered with the little things and are consulted about any bigger issues - it's always worked out exactly as we wanted. We are kept fully informed about matters such as changes in tenants, safety surveys etc. The staff have always been very reliable, quick to answer any queries and deal with problems (leaks, appliance breakdowns, etc) and courteous in all dealings with us. Our property is important to us, and we know it's in safe hands.

I have had my property
I have had my property managed by Martyn at Belvoir in Stratford-upon-Avon since 2004. I had moved abroad and needed a team I could trust to look after my property and my tenants, and Belvoir have succeeded with this. They have always been available to discuss my needs, and provide me with industry and regional updates regardless of whether I'm calling from numerous time-zones away, or dropping in to the office unannounced. They've ensured I'm paid promptly, whilst also responding rapidly to tenant questions and concerns. They know when I need to be notified of an issue, or when I'd prefer them to just deal with a situation, and this has meant my tenants are happy, and that means I am also happy.

I have used the Belvoir
I have used the Belvoir office in Stratford upon Avon to let my property for about six years now and the service I have received has been excellent: they have always found me great tenants, the property has always been well looked after, they take care of all necessary repairs and supply good tradespeople who charge reasonable rates. The office also handles all service charge payments which I was in the habit of forgetting. The staff are easy to deal with and respond quickly to any questions I may have. Living overseas, i need this level of service and it is in sharp contrast to the service i have had from other letting agents and my experiences in handling lets myself. I don't need to think about our Stratford property and that suits me fine.

I have let my flat through
I have let my flat through Belvoir for nearly four years, since 2009. Over the years, there have been several problems, both major and minor, in connection with the property (from a vandalized parking pole to a bad leak in the shower), but every time, Belvoir has sorted it out with a minimum of hassle (and cost) for me. They keep me informed but relieve me from the responsibility of dealing with the nitty-gritty; the monthly account is a miracle of clarity and always arrives on time; and whenever I'm in Stratford and step in to say hello, I'm greeted by friendly faces and the patient handing over of the latest bunch of letters that I have stupidly forgotten to change the address for! I can strongly recommend Belvoir Lettings; I couldn't feel better taken care of.

I would recommend Belvoir as
I would recommend Belvoir as letting agents. They handle lettings for my properties and I have always found them to be very professional in their dealings with me. I have had some excellent tenants who have been happy with the properties and the service they received from Belvoir. Both Martyn and Jo answer e mails and return calls promptly. On occasions when I have needed help or advice they have always gone the extra mile to help. On the one occasion I had problems with tenants Belvoir were very professional in the way they handled the situation. I would not hesitate to recommend them.
