Absolutely appalling service! No one seemed to possess a care or a brain cell at this real estate agents. Had to ring three times in order to get a viewing, due to their incapability of saving our details, or choosing the right keys for the property.
Not DSS or savings friendly regarding lettings. Takes several days to contact after requesting to be contacted in an hour as at an appointment to be told viewings are fully booked. Avoiding dealings in future.
Very poor representation from the lady with the negative attitude. Personally I wouldn't do business with this company through choice.
Dealing with the agent for more than 2 years. Absolute nightmare! The ladies who work there simply don't care. A property managing agent acts like a cold blooded law firm. An excellent firm, robotic employees. NO, it is not about my deposit, it is about we not having the back door key for 2 years regardless of how many time I complained. It is about you as an agent doesn't have a copy of the front door key in your office for the next tenant reviewing appointment. It is about you not updating your records when I discussed some issues about the property over the phone or met an agent in person. I would understand if the landlord doesn't want to fix a few things, but how could you allowed no lock for the garage, and no key for the backdoor during our stay, for the sake of passing the health and safety regulation.

Extremely unexpectedly poor service. Stated by Melisa and Bronagh that they are there to 'support the lanlord' no help for tenants. Very poor communication skills. Came across very uneducated with tenancies and unwilling to see both sides. Bronagh is very focused on box ticking exercises while Melisa backs up the inadequacies by papering over cracks with relationships between landlord and tennant. Their very poor maintenance company Wassall Maintainance only serve to extortionate lanlords without thoroughly communicating issues for resolution, stating unable to repair verbally rather than in writing. Check ins were late and very short with poor documentation. Pushing tenants to sign but no service/ help with genuine issues. Do not think 4 weeks without a working kitchen is a problem! Would not advise dealing with either, lack of understanding is outstanding! ** if the reply states 'I'm sorry you don't seem to be on our records ' this is untrue. We are very much on recwith Martin and Co and will never use them to rent a property.
Treat tennants poorly. This company took over my tennancy from anotrthe agency that closed. I DO NOT RECOMMEND USING THIS AGENT....as i have had continious issues since they took over. i have rented many properties and have never had an issue in the past. their customer service skills are poor, they do not follow inscruction or even take any notice of what you say. I understand that their revenue ultimately comes from the landlord, however, without tennants.. nobody makes money!! so perhaps treating the tennants better would go a long way.

Really poor customer service. I rang several times in one day to speak to Andrew, left messages with him to call me back, and he didn't bother. I also waited the whole of the next day, and still he hadn't bothered to get back to me. They're obviously not in need of the business. I'll take my business elsewhere, I suggest you do the same
