My experience with Parkers (Tilehurst Office) has been super. The whole sale and purchase was smooth. My experience of dealing with the staff at the office was professional. So overall very happy and would use again and recommend to others.

It was great experience to deal with Parkers at Tilehurst. They got us excellent price for our property with competitive fees. They also kept us informed on any updates.Our chain almost fell through twice but Simon and Bruce were brilliant to make sure our buyer held on to it and took lot of efforts in getting this through in the end.At times I however felt that they were favouring more to our buyers and the sellers of property we were buying from their different branch when it came to negotiation of offer price post survey and some legal complexities during the process. But overall I am happy with their service and would definitely recommend them to others.

All the staff were very helpful in helping my elderly mum to move house. They seemed to communicate well with each other, so if Dan wasn't available to talk on the phone, someone else could. Dan was very kind and helpful to my elderly mum, and the advice given to me was always helpful. Contact with purchasers, solicitors etc was always swift. My only negative comment would be that sometimes we felt pressurised to move more quickly than we were able to (moving an elderly person needs to be done gently) but I guess they were just doing their job of moving things along! Thanks to all the team for your help.

I was renting a property through Parkers, and my experience wasn't as great as those who were buying/selling through this agency. The communication is really poor from the property management side. I was not able to get hold of them for days, and even if they started to pick up issues, it took weeks to get even the most simplest thing sorted. They never provide me an update unless I chase them for WEEKS.
