Only reason for the 4 star review as the communication wasn't off to a great start (maybe a bad week) but I've felt oblige to amend my review as I received a friendly, courtesy call from one of the branch owner who was very understanding and apologetic about our experience. Communication since then has definitely improved and were receiving a more professional, friendly responses from the agents.
