I bought through Your Move and the team were always professional, helpful and friendly - would definitely use them again!

We recently sold our house through the Walderslade office. The staff are very friendly. We achieved a higher price from our property than we had originally hoped and a buyer was found the day after it was marketed so from that perspective we're very pleased. That said, I'm not confident that we wouldn't have sold just as fast through any other agent as buyers I would imagine use Rightmove or Zoopla which brings all properties up in the area with all agents. What I was less happy with was that during the 5 month process, I seemed to have hardly any proactive contact from them with how the process was going and things only seemed to move if I rang them. Often phone calls weren't returned and a high turnover of staff didn't help. (Eventually my buyer and I dealt directly with each other).I would have expected more for a £4,000 fee plus an extra £200 for the pictures and EPC. I don't know whether this is usual for estate agents but I would try somebody else if I was selling in the area (although not Wards).

I am in the process of buying a house through your move in Walderslade and I have to say they have been the worst company I have ever had to deal with. They do not return phone calls, they are very unhelpful and have no idea what’s happening most of the time. Buying a house is one of the most stressful things but when you have to deal with morons like this it makes it 100 times worse. The manager Anita Gill is the worst manager I have had to deal with she is extremely unhelpful and does not seem interested if the house goes through or not.

I have to say this has been one of the worst experiences I have had having to use your move in Walderslade. I am buying a house through them and they have been very unhelpful in this stressful time. The manager Anita Gill seems to be out of her depth in being helpful at the most basic of levels. They have had staff leave and the ones that are left are useless and the ones that left where no better either. If you are looking for an estate agent keep well clear of your move for your own sanity if nothing else. Selling a house is hard enough without these morons trying to sell it for you. I only gave one star because I had too I wish there was an option to give none as that is what they deserve.

Quite possibly the worst estate agents in Kent. Would not recommend this branch for buying or selling a house. The only good thing about this atrocious branch is the Mortgage advisor and his assitant. They can't even return a simple phone call when asked to, won't give any information other than the bare minimum and to be honest when it came down to the nitty gritty of the sale I ended up doing their job for them. They would always say they are "busy" even though when I called and was standing outside the shop they were filing their nails and gossiping about the weekend. In the end we used the branch in Sheerness to do all our runninng around and get our sale through. Honestly, the most unprofessional and disgraceful company I have ever tried using. All they care about is the money and don't even think about the customer service aspect. This also applies to their complaints team who also are refusing to reply to emails/phone calls. Would not recommend your move to anybody who wants a relatively smooth sale/purchase. You would be better off doing it yourself and saving the money when it comes to this branch. The management in this branch is a disgrace and any of my staff who acts like this would have been sacked. Absoloute shambles. I would give 0 stars if that was an option but unfortunately I cannot do this.

Avoid

Very unhelpful with unaccurate information round every corner. They don't keep you informed on offers or even pass your details onto the seller. They seem to only help buyers that will make them the most money. I would strongly avoid and recommend Ward & Partners instead.
