Dealing with Gary and the team at Belvoir has been an absolute dream. Our existing tenant moved out just before we went into lock-down and we were worried that the property would remain empty for a long period of time. How wrong we were! The team at Belvoir found a new tenant, qualified references, completed all the paperwork, sorted out a few maintenance jobs that needed doing and had the new tenant moved in, all within 4 weeks of the old tenant leaving. Belvoir have managed my properties now for over 10 years during which time I have always found them to be highly professional, responsive and knowledgeable with regards to the markets in which they operate. I find their staff to be very personable and any issues are always dealt with efficiently. I have never considered using an alternative agency and have no need to, they provide me with absolute peace of mind and ensure all my requirements are met. First class.

Really great service and letting agents. Initially emailed them about a really nice property. As the property so nice and well priced, it went off the market very quickly. Belvoir quickly offered us another similar property to view, which was very good of them. After viewing this property, we decided we would like to take it, however it had been taken by someone mere minutes before we accepted it. The letting agent was extremely helpful and told us about a lovely flat that was coming up for rent shortly. She ensured that we were the first people to view it, which was really nice to feel like someone was helping us in such a stressful time. We loved the flat and said we wanted to rent it, and the lovely people of Belvoir helped us through the pretty easy process. It was all online and the software was very easy to use. Belvoir did an extremely thorough and accurate inventory and did not hide any of the very minor flaws. Really good service from start to finish. Really genuinely helpful and professional staff. Wow! I cannot recommend Belvoir Warrington enough! At every single step of the process they have been with us and personal as well as professional. The initial meeting was swiftly put into the diary and Gary came out to conduct the meeting. Straight away you know you are in good hands with how professional and warm Gary is- easy to talk to, honest and obviously well prepared. We signed up with them straight away and their prices are extremely competitive. We went for the professional package which again was booked in quickly- and the photographer did a thorough job whilst making us feel at ease. The photographs showed our house beautifully and looked extremely professional. The house was listed on the Thursday and we had viewings booked in for the next few weeks the next day. The team deals with all the viewings and so you feel completely at ease- especially with them following high hygiene standards. We had offers by the Friday and had agreed to one by the Monday- a massively quick turn around! We had every faith in Gary and his team to do all the checks necessary and he offered great advice on why we should accept certain offers. Even after the agreed offer Gary and his team were still amazing- they kept on top of communicating with us and our buyer. They also kept communicating with our solicitors asking for update reports.
