If there was s negative stars I would have given. This branch of Ellis and Co is just a no go. The diversity is not there, all workers from one community only and all are rude.

Sahil, firstly you are not even registered with us and secondly your message has racist undertones and on that basis we would prefer you not call our agency again. We employ the right people for the job the fact that they are from a particular community is purely by chance. At the same time I would argue that we have a diverse work force. Stay away from this agency. Most houses are overpriced and the staff is not giving any help to people

Anthony, We have no record of you calling us but at same time we do not price the value of properties. 99% of the time the asking price for properties is driven by landlords/vendors. We advise as best we can but no more. After all it is a free market and anyone can demand any price for any item, whether they get it is another question! Very unhelpful and rude staff. No help from the staff for the tenants and overpriced houses.

Bad services and management :Utter incompetence to fix issues, then negligence over management of the property maintenance, no proper care of their clients etc.Won't recommend anyone at all.

Didnt get much involved woth the company,but i called and enquired about an apartment and the person on the recieving on of the call was probably one of the rudest real estate agents i have ever called.he was getting angry at me because there were some connection issues kinda shouting and telling me do u want to book this viewing or not and just overall so mean and rude towards a possible customer .Iv never seen such a worse customer interaction by a real estate agent ever.you guys need to teach your agents to talk to customers properly.
