To whom this might concern, I would like to escalate a concern regarding your customer service. I have been patiently trying to resolve the issue regarding the broken boiler in the property I rent. I attempted to resolve the issue over the phone with Payal (Contractor), and later via email, however I feel that I have been met with miscommunication and rudeness from your employee. This company is planning a mass killing of wild birds on one of their estates. I gather that the police wildlife officer has been informed as this would be a breach of the 1981 Wildlife & Countryside Act.

Ellis & Co Wembley Central could improve by promising not to shoot a load of pigeons dead.There are some excellent other ways of keeping a smaller, healthier number of pigeons; managed lofts. There you can replace eggs with duds and feed antiparasitic medicine.Pigeons helped us through both world wars and many other times. They are intelligent and sentient. Please don't leave chicks in nests to starve because their parents have been shot

As business people we were tempted to look at properties with Ellis & Co but we are not going to bother now due to them killing innocent beings!
