OFCOURSE YOU NEED OUR ADVICE BECAUSE YOU HAVEN'T DONE YOUR JOBS PROPERLY THATS WHY THE PROPERTY IS IN A MESS SMASHED WINDOWS OVERGROWN GARDENS MICE EVERYTHING THE PUBLIC CAN COME AND HAVE A LOOK TO SEE THIS MESS BECAUSE OF THE PEOPLE YOU HOUSED THERE YOU WROTE I WOULD LIKE TO REQUEST YOU TO REFRAIN HOWEVER YOUR REQUEST IS DENIED MS SILADI ALL THE REVIEWS FROM EVERYONE ARE REAL AND FACTUAL ALL THE HOUSEHOLDERS ON THIS ROAD DO NOT LIKE ELLIS AND CO COME AND HAVE A LOOK PLEASE BUT YOU WILL NOT BECAUSE YOU ARE WRONG YOU HARMED YOUR OWN REPUTATION BY GIVING THIS HOUSE TO THESE PEOPLE THERE ARE SO MANY ISSUES BECAUSE OF THIS COME TO THIS ROAD AND SPEAK TO EVERYONE IF YOU WANT BUT YOU ARE TO BUSY WILL NEVER DO BUSINESS WITH THIS COMPANY

Dear Madam, We never said it was OK for anyone to live the way they have and if you had read my previous response properly you would have seen that we have done everything that was within our control to rectify the situation and to get the tenants evicted. I appreciate that your words come from anger and frustration, but your advice seems to be that we should have disregarded all legal compliance and kick the tenants out as soon as the neighbours clicked their fingers. The police and local authority have not managed to do that despite the several complaints they received, so what makes you think that us as letting agents have any right to do that? You’re blaming us for housing these people, but you fail to acknowledge the fact that they caused no issues during the first two years of the tenancy and their behaviour afterwards was unpredictable. It is your prerogative to dislike Ellis & Co or not to do business with us. Yours sincerely, Cristina Siladi

Good Evening The Neighbor Told Me This Company Was The Letting Agent For The People Who Lived On My Road And Who Had Fights Everyday All Night Congratulations Making My Life Horrible For 1 Year, These People They Give This Beautiful House Will Fight All Day All Night. They Do Not Look At The House And Now The House Is Broken. I Will Tell All My European Friends Not To Rent From This Company And If Anyone Want To Trust This Company I Don't Trust Them With My Dog Never My House. My 3 Children And Wife Could Not Sleep Because Of The People You Rent This House To. My House Is More Than 10 Houses Up From The House You Give These People And So Much Noise Really. You Are Not Nice And I Will Hope You Learn That We Are Working People Who Want To Have A Nice Quiet Road, No Fighting, No Car Attack, No Drinking On Road, No Swearing. Please Think What You Have Done To Everyone On This Road Because You Never Come To This Road. Give House To Nice People Family You Are In Nice Office No Problems While My Family Suffering Because Of People You Put You Do Not Care About People And How We Live?

We rent hundreds of properties a year and in the main all go well. However we cannot plan for certain individuals behaving badly! Baffling administration from such a built up organization, there isn't justification for leasing your property to such an irritation occupier and as a result making the local residence suffer. I am a working class family man and I don't value staying alert throughout the night because of these occupiers. It is a disgrace that you wouldn't mediate and instructed your occupiers on the most proficient attitude to be adjusted yet you couldn't as you never gone to the property? As a letting specialist you should hold your heads in disgrace and concede because of your carelessness you have shown. With respect to your other reaction I can see that you have expressed that you will resolve the repairs of the property, anyway I can affirm this is mistaken data. Deepak kindly don't attempt and trick the public that your foundation is repairing the house for the landowner. This is false data. What is respectable data that you can get direct I recommend, going by the street that you housed these people and inquire as to whether there is any hatred towards Ellis and co, I am certain you would find your answer. At long last you expressed in another reaction you worked with this 'association beforehand and has no issues' no with standing the proprietor gave you the property to let out, they have an agreement with you, you are responsible. You let it out you deal with it. Dear Mr Akhtar, Firstly, we have already apologised enough times for a situation that was not actually within our control. Secondly, we do not need your advice on how to do our jobs – we manage a very large portfolio of properties and we can confidently say that our landlords are happy with our service, as you can see from the other 100+ Google reviews. What is disgraceful is the fact that yourself and some other residents on your road are purposely trying to harm our reputation without knowing all the facts and all the circumstances of this tenancy. I’m not quite sure what gives you the right to claim that we are tricking the public in saying that we are organising the refurbishment of the house for the landlord, but I would like to request you to refrain from making such accusations and to get your facts right. The public should also be informed that this was a 3 year tenancy (it started in April 2015) and regular inspections were carried out during the first two years. We only started having issues with the residents in the last 10-12 months and we were not able to get access into the property since then. The police were aware of the problems, we had 3 complaints from neighbours during all this times and we explained each time that we are aware of the unfortunate situation and that the eviction procedure had started. But the process takes time and we couldn’t just get rid of the tenants overnight. I’m sorry you chose not to understand this and I would perhaps be inclined to suggest that a more productive use of your time would be to educate yourself in terms of the current legislation in this respect rather than write such defamatory and unfair reviews about our company. Unfortunately a bad experience. They sent details of a property, were inflexible on timing. After getting me to change plans they sent me to the wrong property then proceed to explain how it is my fault on a follow up call.

Honestly, they are cheaters, don't sell your property through them. They charge commission from buyer and seller both. Double whammy for them, and leaving a big hole in your pocket. Not worth going to them, whether for selling, buying or renting.

Dear Adam, I'm not sure where you got this information from but it is TOTALLY INCORRECT. We only charge one party. For a short period we had an offer where we did not charge the vendor but the buyer would pay our commission. You will find this is common practice in London.
