This estate agent disrespect customer hang up the phone on their faces dishonest made appointment for me to see flat and then when i called back to confirmed the appointment i hear the flat been gone .no trust no deal with it .

My letting experience was by far the worse ever. Utterly shocking and unethical business practices. Will certainly never recommend nor use them again.
