Posting this in desperation. The Paramount Properties tenants leave food debris in the shared front garden constantly. Attracts rats. I've asked Paramount to intervene several times. Be careful about getting Paramount tenants.

Not quite sure why you have posted this several times. Have you even tried to contact Paramount to resolve? I have always been very satisfied with all dealings with them. It might be worth contacting them rather than posting all over Facebook!

Absolutely awful experience with this totally landlord driven renting agency. AVOID AVOID AVOID. They tried to charge us nearly £500 to clean the 3 bed apartment and charge us £450 gardening charges after the landlord re-landscaped the garden (without our agreement). We paid for our own cleaner costing which cost just over £300 and tried to claim we hadn't had it professionally cleaned so they could deduct from our deposit. Moving out of this apartment was one of the most stressful times of my life. I found Paramount to be extremely unsupportive and unprofessional. We ended up having to take our claim to the Tenancy Deposit Scheme to make a case. They ruled completely in our favour and returned us the full amount disputed. I can only imagine the positive reviews on here are from house buyers and landlords. If you are a tenant, run a mile!

Hi Franki, I am really sorry that you feel this way and that you have felt the need to leave a review. We obviously try to avoid this in all instances, and the end of tenancies can often be a fraught time. I think there is some confusion, the deposit dispute related to gardening and not cleaning, which the landlord did eventually agree to cover. Accepted our offer. Took our money. Confirmed it was off the market. Received a call the next day stating that a higher offer was getting accepted on the property we had already put our deposit down on.

Unfortunately the landlord accepted an offer through a different agency, who were also marketing the property - so this was beyond our control. Make life very difficult for renters with their 'affordability factor', even given gross annual household incomes were majorly in excess of annual renting costs. Felt very discriminating.
