Hi Bilel, unfortunately we're questioning whether this is a legitimate review as it is very similar to one left a couple of days ago, which has been followed by a flood of 1-star reviews by people who have never been clients of ours, in some cases also referencing a friend. All deposits are protected, and in cases where there is damage to a property either the tenants and the landlord will come to an agreement or a third party adjudicator representing the deposit protection scheme will make an impartial decision based on evidence presented. Luckily we find that in the vast majority of cases our tenants take great care of their properties and things rarely reach this point.
