Friendly and proactive
I have to agree with the other reviews in that Tom was by far the most helpful and proactive of all the agents we were registered with.in Winchester. He has a pleasant demeanour, always friendly and quick to act when suitable properties came up. He also checked in with us on a regular basis during our search, which was nice and meant that he hadn't forgotten about us.

Friendly, Professional and Efficient!
From our first conversation Adel was friendly, professional and efficient. She took the time to understand our needs and acted extremely efficiently in scheduling a plan for us. Upon meeting Adel her manner was friendly and it was such a pleasure to have her show us around. Thanks Adel!

One of a kind!
I have had contact with Nony for 2 years now in our search for two properties. She is incredibly knowledgeable about the property and property market in this area and is excellent at remembering you and your needs! Her weekly property updates are informative and amusing and I look forward to receiving them. Charters overall have been an excellent agent to work with in both property search and letting and I if you are buying, selling, letting or renting property Charters and Nony are the people to use!

Simon was a great help to us in remortgaging our property. Not the most straightforward of arrangements but Simon was able to pull all factors together and solve the challenge. Very much appreciated. Really helped with sourcing mortgage for those with less years left to pay it off. Many thanks, would certainly seek his advise again.

Great newsletters
In this world of automated emails, Nony's entertaining newsletters helped make the business of buying a house more fun and made Winchester and the surrounding area sound like an even more attractive place to move to.

Engaging, Inspiring and Passionate. Adel was a pleasure to meet.
After having my work moved to Hursley I was interested in looking for a property to rent. Within less than 1 hour of myself submitting a viewing request to a Charters property I received a call from Adel who not only quickly arranged my viewing for a time that suited me, but was also very knowledgeable on other properties in the local areas that could interest me. Upon meeting, it was immediately obvious that Adel was as excited as myself, keen to discuss details about the property and open to any queries or concerns I had. Quick to followup on communications between ourselves, I had no issues with the process and never felt unsure. All in all, Adel was a pleasure to work with and I look forward to our future contact.

Highly professional and the best agent we have dealt with
Having finally become able to buy our first home we began searching in July 2017 and thankfully we contacted Victoria who has been fantastic from start to finish. Having dealt with other agents, from other companies, we can confirm that Victoria has far exceeded anyone else we have dealt with, in terms of her professionalism, dedication and knowledge of the market. Victoria's most reassuring quality is that she really listened to what we wanted and tailored her services to fulfil our criteria. To prove this we recently had an offer accepted on a property that wasn't even listed on the internet, it came onto the market and she contacted us immediately. This further demonstrated that with Victoria you are not just commission, or a sales target you are actually a valued customer and throughout the whole process she has gone above and beyond, time after time to try and secure us our first home. We cannot recommend Victoria enough, she is a lovely individual who (after dealing with other agents) is definitely a dying breed of estate agents. She is incredibly passionate about her job and takes huge pride in finding people their dream home. So much so I believe she is more excited to have found us a home than we are.

I highly recommend Simon. He is honest, professional, has an excellent knowledge of the mortgage market and works incredibly hard to secure the best deal for his customers. Friendly and Proactive
Victoria is lovely, she is very friendly and we have established a great rapport with her through the house buying process. Victoria has been really proactive in helping us find a property, contacting us as properties that fit our criteria were about to come onto the market to arrange viewings. She quickly established from feedback what type of property we were looking for. Prior to dealing with Victoria we dreaded the thought of estate agents calling us however Victoria dispelled that dread.
