Dominic has proved invaluable in our search for our new home in Winchester. Being "out of towners" Dominic arranged a tour of both the type & location of potentially suitable properties in the Winchester area which helped enormously in reaching our final decision to make an offer on a lovely property, fingers firmly crossed all goes well from here! Totally professional not to mention very personable we are grateful Dominic was with us on this "journey"

Jas has been extremely proactive and helpful in finding us a suitable property to rent. If we had a property which we wanted to rent out we would want Jas to be the agent promoting it. With her persistence and commitment it wouldn't be on the market for very long! She was very good at returning our phone calls. and also extremely friendly and personable.

None kept supporting me despite the time lapses in us looking!

Thanks to Nony for her informs and fun weekly updates as well as her professional guidance. Meetings, phone calls and emails were all helpful and she persisted even when we were untimely in our responses due to breaks in looking. To topic off, on our decision to not buy in Winchester, she still advised me on best next steps!

Throughout a complicated negotiation, Nony maintained a professional, good humoured and patient attitude which was very reassuring. One felt always that the situation was under control and that the selling process was progressing smoothly - even though at times it certainly hit a rocky path. Nony skilfully guided the process forward for both myself as the seller and for the buyers to a timely and very satisfactory conclusion. It was always a pleasure to speak to her and she gave the impression that ours was the only negotiation in which she was interested. A genuinely positive experience

Nothing demonstrates the abilities of Charters, and Nony in particular, than to highlight that our house was sold in just one week. Throughout the process, Nony was in daily contact, guiding us through the decisions which had to be made and offering advice where she was able. Nony was never too busy to have a chat if we had any questions and it always felt that she had our best interests at heart. During our (albeit brief) search, we dealt with several different agents and every one we interacted further cemented our feeling that we made the right decision to go with Charters.
