Highly professional service

Jas has been extremely helpful in finding and in successfully concluding a rental deal for me on what seems to be an ideal property. She explained everything thoroughly and was attentive and knowledgeable without ever being overly persistent.

Helpful and cheery

I never actually met Nony but she was very kind in helping us with our search for a house. I loved her personal interest and humour and her devotion to her clients. Thank you Nony!

Right from the moment we walked into Charters Estate Agents, in Winchester, Nony epitomised customer service, being both friendly and attentive. Top service and excellent market knowledge.

Tom set up my requested viewings but at the end he suggested a couple of other properties that I had not considered. As he happened to have the keys with him (!) we viewed two additional properties and one of the locations proved to be perfect for my needs and that is where I completed the purchase. Tom knew what I needed more than I did - his service and enthusiasm were excellent.

Top Notch Service

From beginning to successful end I've found Charters to be have delivered wonderful service at every stage. They were swift to value my property. The price was higher than I expected but they achieved it so as you can imagine I'm highly delighted. Viewings were efficiently organised. They marketed my property well and I had a huge number of viewings and ultimately 3 offers. Throughout the legal process Jo kept me informed of progress on a weekly basis which had a reassuring effect and kept the angst at bay. My daughter is selling at the moment but using a different agent in the town, so far without luck so I'm urging her to use Charters.

Suitably impressed

We were initially rather stunned by the first impressions and pace of Nony, this has settled and evolved into nothing more than respect for a fantastic estate agent. She is also an interesting character with a great background that has benefited a range of transferable skills to her trade. Nony sold our house within a week without it being marketed on line, proof that it's not all about Rightmove and that a difficult house like ours needs a good old fashion seller more than anything. Nony has a wonderful personality and can get away with a little pushiness through her honesty and sense of humour. She has made our next housing chapter more enjoyable than stressful. Richard Disney

Adel has been extremely helpful in terms of identifying properties that were suitable for my interests. I highly recommend getting in touch with her as she is very prompt in responding to queries, identifying what needs to be done, punctual, friendly and keeps you on top of what is happening until you have secured a property.
