Buying property in Winchester
Victoria was extremely helpful in helping me secure a smart new property in Winchester. She was able to respond very quickly in answering questions and arranging viewings. She clearly explained the process of buying the property making the whole experience much less daunting.

Fantastic service from Jo at Charters
I would like to thank the team at Charters for an excellent experience when buying our new property in Winchester. I would like to extend particular thanks to Nony in the initial period for securing us this house and even showing it to us in the first place and following this, the fabulous Jo, who without her help, patience and expertise, I very much doubt we would have even been able to exchange! We had a very tricky time and Jo was calm, extremely helpful and always in touch. She hugely facilitated the process for us, even contacting our Buyer's Solicitors in London to help with our exchange down here. She is a true professional, always bright and enthusiastic and a huge credit to your team. We can't thank you enough!

Nony Kerr-Smiley - Tireless

Friendly and accommodating
Jan helped us to secure a nice home for rent in Winchester. It was challenging due to the fact that we were not in country at the time, but Jas arranged a Facetime viewing and we could then get a better feeling for the property. Would recommend Jas and Charters to anyone.

Very Friendly and helpful.
Put a lot of effort into making sure we saw as much as we could on our short visit to the area. Very knowledgeable and was happy to find the answers promptly.

Couldn't have asked for more!
We would like to thank Charters for their unfaltering support and efforts on our behalf. Our 'unusual' house needed the right buyer to come along, and we were assured at all times that Charters would find that buyer. True to their word our big house is now happily home to a new family who fell in love with it, and we are settled in our new downsize which Charters also helped us find. Communication was great at all times, and at the final hurdle we were given all the help we needed for things to run smoothly and efficiently. Many thanks to Jo for her part in that, and our special thanks to Nony who was so positive and supportive, and became a friend and ally when we needed it most. Friendly, Proactive, and a joy to liaise with.
Victoria is a wonderful agent, couldn't wish for a more friendly, and proactive contact during our house buy/sale. She is always prompt and on time with viewings, gives instant feedback and really gets a great feel on what style of property we would be interested in. She has made it so easy to have a grrat rapport with her, and we have every confidence in her to make this move happen.

Fab service
Although I ended up finding a rental property through another agent (time pressure!) I have to say Adel was by far the most helpful and business like agent I dealt with in the entire process of searching for a property. Polite, business-like and only too happy to help, she was just lovely to deal with at all times.
