Exceptional service, especially Sasha's after sales efforts
Charters provided a swift and efficient valuation and sales service culminating in a very quick sale at a guide price in excess of my expectations. We were all led to believe we had a short chain with no mortgages. Charter's after sales service then took over. Well into exchange we found out there was actually a split chain under us with around 20 transactions. This is where Sasha really came into her own. Along with Shoosmiths she made sure she talked to all of the chain almost on a daily basis and coaxed them to Exchange. No mean feat given the size and complexity of the chain. Well done and thank you!.

Warm, friendly and efficient service, great value for money
Jo and her colleagues were very efficient - advising on the asking price and finding us a buyer within just a few weeks. We were overseas for most of the time, but this did not prevent Charters from staying in touch by phone and e-mail, keeping us posted on the latest developments and chasing the solicitor when necessary.. We particularly appreciate Jo's warm and friendly personality, which made our contacts so pleasant. Thank you! What's more, Charters do not charge an arm and a leg, In fact, their flat rate charge is the most competitive we found for our property.

Exceptional, friendly and amazing

Above and beyond
As a first time, solo home buyer- this is a daunting minefield! I can honestly say that without Noni at the helm navigating me through my search I would have made some very grave errors. Charters have been an excellent estate agent keeping me informed and always on the receiving end of upto date property information. I have to say also, the office is an immaculate and well presented, relaxing space to be in. Noni went above and beyond sending me personal email updates I'm sure even as late at 11pm! Her advice on surveyencing and her extensive knowledge of Winchester and it's properties has been invaluable. As a buyer I am 100% satisfied and when the time comes to make my first sale, it will be with Noni. I'd reccomend charters and Noni herself In a heartbeat.

An Invaluable Five Star Service .....

Friendly agent in Winchester
Nony, acted very professionally and helped us in all aspects of our sale and purchase. Her unique weekly (and more) e-mails were always informative and full of interesting detail. Through these we were able to see new properties coming to market in advance of any other media.

A more empathetic and harder working professional in the world of property sales
Tom is a very rare professional in the world of property sales. He is extremely diligent, passionately committed and empathetic to your precise and often challenging needs. My experience so far with estate agents, when trying to find a home, has been largely brief encounters; capture some basics and put you on a mailing list. My first call with Tom was more of a consultative collaboration, helping me to filter a long list of properties, sharing and talking through photos and layouts. By the next day he had arranged, very conveniently, a 'tour' of viewings that took us from one property to the next, cleverly covering minimum ground to see the most homes in the shortest time. It was impressive to say the least. He has a wealth of experience, he listens extremely well and doesn't try to talk you out of your point of view, he just moves on, continuing the hard work. I have already started recommending Tom and would purposely seek him out, should I look to move home again in the future.
