Truly excellent service from a very engaged and engaging professional
Connor was nothing short of fantastic throughout our search for a new home. Connor was totally committed to helping us and was often able to contribute ideas, advice and expertise that made the process much more clear and manageable; this helped us consider things we perhaps would not have. During our dealings with Connor no request felt too small and no question was too inane. It was a pleasure to have him with us on the journey. I am very happy to provide this reference in recognition of all that he did to help us and that it was done in such a professional and personable way Thank you Connor!

Enthusiastic and anxious to meet our property requirements.
Tom has been untiring in his efforts to find us a suitable property and has always followed up on viewings made to establish how to fine tune our requirements when these have not been met.. He continues to work diligently to find us our dream home.

Tom Meek- Very friendly, helfpul, well informed and went the extra mile when really needed!
Tom was great from the first time we walked into Charters right up to signing for our perfect house. After just one meeting he knew exactly what type of house we were after! He introduced us to the house we ended up loving and buying. But also provided a list of other options & viewings that were all very suitable to our wants and needs. I particularly remember a day at nearly 7pm where we were deciding between our new house and a house from another agent and had to make a quick decision, Even at this late hour on a Friday he managed to stop what he was doing and personally show us round the property last minute. We were sold after this viewing and put in an offer the following day. Always easy to get hold off, he made the buying process much easier for my girlfriend and I!

Proactive, energetic,, super helpful
Tom knows the market and understands a buyers needs. He's extremely good at proactively keeping in touch and presenting potential properties. Quick to respond to any questions and always happy to help, making solid and justifiable recommendations. Great personality and clearly enjoys helping people find the right home. An asset to Charters.

Fantastic
Jo has the worst job in the world, she is such a comfort, calm, and takes away as much stress as she can. I truly believe that our sale and onward purchase would not have happened if not not for her help. She is a true professional but with human side. Thank you lovely Jo I will miss our chats xxxx

A sister at the end of the phone
This woman should be bottled and sent to all Estate agents. Nothing was too much trouble, she is kind, dynamic, always a comfort at the end of the phone, and a hug when you went into the office. The whole team at Charters were fantastic, unlike their colleague in london. She CARES about you and your family how refreshing is that!

Understood what I wanted and made good suggestions
Nony was very helpful when I was buying a house. She understood from my feedback on viewings what would and wouldn't work for me and kept me informed bait what was coming onto the market early, As it turn out, the house I was brought was one I had rejected online but she persuaded me to view it as she thought that it would be good fit for me. And she was right!

Jo is always there!
Jo was Always available to answer any questions during the purchase of our house (as first time buyers there were a lot!) Was happy to help with all our strange requests also.
