Although I did not purchase through Charters, my week was lifted by receiving weekly newsletters from Nony. Her chat kept me giggling as I perused her choice of homes; hers newsletters felt so friendly. Her selection of properties were mouthwatering, she clearly knows them well and was able to pick out their unique selling points.

Selling a property can be a nerve-wracking business.. If we had any doubts about this we were soon put straight by the behaviour of our purchaser who managed to string us along for a year before finally exchanging contracts. Great service from start to completion

Bought a house in Winchester through Charters. Nony listened to our brief, which was quite specific, gave us details and appointments to see a number of houses which met the brief pretty well... and then gave us details of two houses which didn't seem to meet the brief at all. She persuaded us to go along anyway, no harm in looking. We were pretty surprised to like both of them... even more surprised to end up buying one of them. Very happy that we did. Versus the other estate agents we signed on with I think she took the time to look beyond the headline brief and work out the things which were really important to us.
