Incredibly helpful!

Nony, listened to my brief and sent me relevant details through which were inspiring and exciting. Her emails brightened up my day and she certainly sent some interesting properties through. They were the Estate Agent who were chosen to sell Kevin McClouds new houses although I think most were snapped up fairly quickly. The quality and design are stunning.

Very professional, supportive and highly recommended.

It was a particularly difficult process to finally get to exchange contracts and agree completion but Jo and the team were amazing and worked really hard to gettings done whilst remaining positive at all times. Highly recommended!! Val C.

Excellent Service and Advice

Kevin has arranged our last 2 mortgages and both times has got us a great deal. My wife previously had bad credit from university and her being a doctor means she has banded pay for on call work (which some companies do not take into account). Kevin was able to work with our situation, finding the best mortgage for us that would accept our credit rating and the banding pay. We were on a slightly higher rate but that was expected due to the credit score. When remortgaging Kevin has recently got us a fantastic mortgage offer and due to the rise in our property value we have been able to take out some equity to pay off loans and therefore reduce our monthly outgoings and increase our disposable income at a much needed time of expecting our third child, with extra to do some home improvements. Kevin is a great financial advisor with vast knowledge of products. I would advise anyone and everyone to use him. Tom

Jo kept me sane throughout!

Jo has kept us informed of the progress of our purchase at every opportunity, even though it has dragged on and on due to reasons out of her control. She has remained positive and cheerful throughout, and for that, I thank her very, very much!
