I was looking to sell my house and contacted Charters more out of curiosity. I was impressed by the professionalism of the firm and instructed them on a Friday. Two days later Nony got out of bed very early to meet an eager client who was in a hurry. later that day the sale was agreed and it completed seven weeks later. Good thing i called Charters and thank you, Nony!

Nony's service with us has been second to none, her commitment to making us feel valued as a customer goes a very long way. Nony kept us in the loop throughout the whole process and worked tirelessly (early mornings and late nights and even when she was off with texting / calls and emails. She took the time to get to know us, reassure us and made the whole process a lot of fun. I've never worked with an agent who operates at such a high standard, with complete dedication to her job. She really is a gem and a massive asset to your team.

Friendly and knowledgeable

Unfortunately Nony & Charters were unable to find me a property. However I was impressed by the trouble taken by Nony to compose her weekly updates in the form of entertaining emails which also included some local information such as the Watercress Fair in Alresford (apparently there's such a thing as watercress gin). There was also more serious information such as mortgage interest rates (1.08 I believe). In my opinion Nony 's emails gave a personal touch and made me feel like a valued customer. I would have no hesitation in recommending Charters as the agent to go to either as a buyer or a seller.
