We were originally dealing with Leanne who was great and when we learnt she had left we were a little dubious of what the service may become.... We didn't need to have worried, Jo took over, picked up the details in an instant and was friendly, informative and got all queries and concerns answered promptly and fully. In fact, I have joked to both estate agents (Charters who we are buying from and another who we are selling through), that we have in fact done the work of the solicitors chasing things through quicker than they have....
