Nony really helped keep the sale of my flat progressing and was involved every step of the sale. She seemed genuinely keen to make sure that all progressed smoothly and went out of her way to ensure that it completed on time. She was always bubbly and friendly, and professional in her approach. She is over and above the best agent I have dealt with, thank you.

Nony and Charters have worked hard for us in acquiring 2 flats as BTL. Nony in particular has been warm and friendly, keeping in contact and chasing (us and vendors!) to do the deal. She is (as are Charters) business like, tough but fair as well as being nice to do business with. We rent the flats out through them too and that part of the service is professional and on top of everything.

Recent house sale in Winchester

I have just sold my house in Headbourne Worthy, Winchester through Charters. I would like to say how fantastic Nony was - not only did she find a great buyer for me at a good price but when others in the chain caused problems and delays she was immediately on hand to sort things out. This was particularly true on completion day when her timely and persistent interventions on my behalf to get the money moving through to me at the top of the chain were invaluable and much appreciated! Good morning. My Wife and I are in the process of selling our current home. Recently our home was viewed on a Sunday morning. In the afternoon of the same day my Wife and I were in Winchester hoping Charters would be open. Thankfully they were. We were greeted by a lovely smiling young lady who introduced herself as Ellie. Ellie was very smart and couldn't have been more helpful with our enquiries. Ellie answered our questions in a professional and friendly manner. There was one question Ellie stated she would get back to us on. We left Charters extremely pleased that Ellie was able to answer our questions. After leaving the agent and a few moments later Ellie rushed out of the premises catching up with my Wife and I to provide us with outstanding enquiry. Fantastic service

We sold 2 flats this year with Charters and the service was excellent. All the staff but particualry Nony were extremely hard working, enthusiastic, and know there stuff. Nony was very pro-active and helped push our sales through with excellent communication with other estate agents and solicitors in our chain. Nony always returned our calls quickly and kept us informed of all updates while been very cheerful along the way! Would definetly recommend.
