I have been dealing with Jo Goddard over the selling of my property. She has kept me up-dated at every stage and has been so helpful in chasing up the various parties concerned. It has taken a lot of the stress away from me and for that I am very grateful. A job well done.

Nony's emails

We have not been looking for long to move to Winchester or Romsey, & registered with most agents in both places. Nony's emails keeping us up to date on properties coming onto the market top any coming from the other agents. Nony personalises them producing more than just a list of properties but the email becomes more like a newsletter. I feel I know her! However, these anecdotes do not distract from the important & critical points of new properties about to hit the market. She is so on the ball with timely emails. Nony could really teach some of her competitor agents!

I have been looking for a house in Winchester for a while now, and in the last 2 months, I have been under huge pressure to find somewhere quickly. Nony has been incredibly helpful, and seems to be totally aware of my needs, and the type of property that would fit in with our family life. She has always been available to take my calls and emails, and has always been very helpful friendly and knowledgeable.

Gail and the team pulled out all the stops to get me into my new home.

When Leanne told me that she was handing over to Jo, I was concerned that I would not get the same level of service. I need not have worried! Jo took over seemlessly and tolerated my occasional rants about the situation, whilst remaining calm and polite. She always had the answers to my questions immediately and responded well. She has worked tirelessly in chasing solicitors etc and always keeping me informed. I am so grateful to her for all her efforts
