Would definitely recommend!
We have just rented a house through Charters with Gail. She was very helpful since the beginning of our research and helped us find the perfect place. Gail was also very patient with all our questions and queries and made all the process really smooth. Would definitely recommend!

Helpful, friendly and determined.

A fantastic service!
Catherine was absolutely brilliant!! She took time to talk to me, her communication skills are excellent, she heped tremendously with marketing our property. She listened to our comments and suggestions and got everything sorted really quickly. She is an absolute pleasure to work with.

I'm not sure I even met Kevin throughout my dealings with him, but I nevertheless found him to be exceptionally reliable, friendly and - most importantly - trustworthy, Having already offered one mortgage and done the leg work on it, he followed it up a few weeks later with a newer and better offer that is likely to save us money. That shows a genuine interest in doing the best by the client, and I recommend him wholeheartedly.

Superb professional service
We have been dealing with Connor over the year we were looking in the Kings Somborne area. As houses do not come up that often in the area, Connor was always on the phone as soon as a property came on the market. Our recent purchase was Connor's practical advice to make an offer on a property we liked even though it was way over our budget. We did and it was accepted! Fantastic customer service
Rang on a Sunday to discuss a few things re property with Charters, Ellie took all details and passed them on to her colleagues. Very good telephone manner, very personable and friendly. A great advert for Charters.
