Charters assisted us with our home search. Their professionalism was striking already during our first telephone contact when we registered our details. Nony's original and humorous mailings are so nicely different from regular agency's emails, they made our house hunt just a little bit less stressful and more fun.

Helpful, friendly and knowledagable

In a world where the word estate agent is typically dominated by unpleasant associations I must say that Charters do their best to buck the trend. They are genuinely helpful, knowledgeable, happy people who you can get hold of pretty easily. The sale of the property was an absolutely painful process with the first buyer falling through and the second buyer having some major issues with the sale of her property. The whole ordeal dragged on for over half a year and I got a significant amount of grey hairs due to the various solicitors that were involved in the process. Charters however did their best to speed things up, keep me informed and did pretty much everything in their power to get this pushed through.
